Information on lil miss Luuka: 

Luuka is Spook's older sister (by four years), and instead of gaining telekinetic powers like her sister, Luuka was a natural born Medium. Using these abilities for her own job as a Fortune Teller, Luuka can read palms, tarot cards, and even her crystal ball. If she focuses hard enough, she can even see spectre's before they can see her, until she makes eye contact. So, she tries her best to avoid the ghosts as much as she can. Luuka lives in Zone 1 outside the smoke mines and cattle farms. Using her own deck of Zodiac Cards (that she was able to bribe off Zacharie), Luuka can travel from Zone to Zone, though steers away from Zone 3 as much as she can.

Without telling her about it, Luuka dreamt about Spook's powers evolving at an alarming rate, practically taking control over her. Taking her to Zone 3, Luuka purposely pushes Spook into the ocean causing her to drown; knowing fully Spook couldn't swim. Unaware that her sister would come back as a ghost, Luuka explained to her that killing her was the only way to stop her powers from awakening fully, and that now, the only way for them to come out is if her third eye is open. If she keeps it open for too long, her powers would eventually take over completely.

So I hope you guys like her~ I also changed Spook's zodiac sign to Scorpio. (suggested by my brother Huo-Dragon, and I agree with him LOL)
